COVID-19 and Encircled FAQs

As we continue to navigate the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to reassure you that the health and wellness of our community, customers, team members, and suppliers is our top priority. Is Encircled open for business?

Yes! We’re able to ship our existing product from our studio as all mail systems are operational in most countries. Delays may occur in international shipments as mail streams are feeling the impact of COVID-19. We’re offering FREE shipping worldwide until further notice.


How many days a week are you shipping?

We’re shipping 1-2 times a week depending on demand. Our goal is to keep our team safe, and be able to help you get your comfy clothing to your door as safely as possible. 


How are you ensuring team member safety in your warehouse?

We currently have only 1 team member working (the same person), and she drives to work, as well as has been provided with medical gloves to enter the building (most businesses aren’t open in our building right now). She’s also not interacting face to face with any shipping providers - they’re dropping bags outside the door of shipments. We also have hand washing stations, and sanitizing stations in the office. All other team members are working from home until further notice.


Why is your online store on pre-order?

We’ve left it on pre-order because the situation with COVID-19 is ever evolving. Our ability to stay open and ship may change within 48 hours notice, so to be safe, we’re leaving it like that for now.


Will you be popping up shop soon?

Unfortunately, we’ve cancelled all of our pop-ups for the next few months. Keep an eye on our events page for updates, when we have more info.

Will my return be processed?

We’re extending our return policy to 60 days to prevent you feeling like you need to go to the post office right now. We’re still processing returns slowly, as we have only 1 team member in the studio periodically shipping.


Are you launching new designs?

Currently, we are not starting any new production for products. We have some in process for as long as our sewing studios are open. There is too much uncertainty to pre-sell product we don’t have right now. You can sign-up for a waitlist here to be notified when our new designs do go live!
