’Tis the season for holiday events, outings, and parties. A whole month starting from the first of December is dedicated to dining and feasting with the people who matter the most. But it’s also one of the most stressful times of the year, with hours spent shopping, prepping gifts and showing up for those holiday parties.
We came up with three ways to ease the stress so that you don’t need to think too much about what to wear for 3 upcoming holiday events.
Around this time of the year you’ll see a lot of fancy dresses in red and sequins, but we’re swapping that with the tried and true LBD- The Little Black Dress. We’re dressing up The Revolve Dress that we wear year-round from dress-tunic-top to make it appropriate for 3 holiday parties. From a dressy corporate event to a casual laid back family gathering.
Keep the focus on one accessory. We dressed up The Revolve Dress with a statement necklace, pointy black heels and a minimalist clutch. Reverse the dress so that the drape is in the back for a conservative and modest neckline. Perfect for a dainty necklace or a statement necklace.
This is where the real feasting begins, so wear a relaxed fit dress that will disguise the food baby. We’re wearing The Revolve Dress with the drape in the front, a pair of black tights and brown riding boots. Throw on an overcoat and a blanket scarf to stay extra cozy.
For a fun and festive night out and catch-up with friends, wear a tunic length black dress with a pair of liquid leggings. We wore The Revolve Dress at tunic length with a pair of extra long dangly earrings because when else can you wear them?
