Before founding Encircled, Kristi was a successful, career driven consultant. She began Encircled with no fashion experience.

She had a passion for creating versatile and beautiful clothing out of the finest premium sustainable fabrics. And doing it in a way that she could feel proud of, making it locally in Canada.

Kristi has traveled thousands of miles with her Chrysalis Cardi in tow, and often can be spotted in airports giving tutorials to passers by who love the design.

Encircled has proved through it’s transparent and ethical supply chain that creating high-quality, versatile, and comfortable clothing doesn’t have to be separate from treating workers fairly and honouring the planet.
