The holiday time is one full of gifting - and let's be honest, sometimes we gift ourselves! We understand that you may need more time to try out your Encircled purchases, so we offer an extended return period during this time of year.
In order to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. If the item(s) is not in its original condition (I.e. pet hair, makeup stains, smoke or food odour, visibly worn, etc.) you'll be responsible for the loss in value, and not eligible for a refund. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost upon request.
Merchandise returned that is intentionally damaged or clearly worn will not be refunded. Exceptions are made in the case of manufacturer’s defects. Pleasecontact us for more information.

What if I don’t want to use the pre-paid label and instead use my own shipping provider?
You can ship back the package using the shipping provider of your choice, however, you will be responsible for all ship costs and duties, with no reimbursement of any kind from Encircled. Any duties or brokerage fees allocated will be withheld from the refund.
Returns are first sent to our warehouse in New York and they take around 1-2 weeks to arrive at our studio in Toronto, Canada. Once they arrive at Encircled, they’re processed within 1-3 business days. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs, both inbound and outbound, for exchanges. We do not refund outbound postage. Outbound shipments of your new items will be subject to the same ship fees as detailed in our Shipping Rates chart here.
So you’ve received an Encircled design as a gift - lucky you! If for some reason you’re not happy with your gift or you were gifted the wrong size, we’d be happy to return the item in new condition for store credit or make arrangements for you to receive the correct size or colour - this way you can get something you’ll really love.Contact us for help!
Gift Exchanges must be received in new and unused condition and can only be exchanged for other Encircled merchandise. The ‘gifted’ (that’s you!) is responsible for paying the shipping charges to get the item back to us and any outbound shipping charges (unless the order meets our free ship minimums, of course). Upon receipt of the exchange, we’ll issue a gift card for the ship charges for our store up to a maximum of $20. Score! We can only provide refunds to the original purchaser. If you've been gifted the item, and would like to return it, we can provide you with a gift card for store credit.
We do not provide refunds for the cost to ship back the gifted item for either a refund or exchange.
All markdown items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday are final sale - no returns, no exchanges, no store credit. See your invoice for details.
Due to the volume of orders that we receive during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, orders will ship out within 3-5 business days.
Items purchased using a gift card are subject to the same terms and conditions as above. Please see back of the gift card for full details. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, but returns/exchanges can be credited to the card for future purchases.
