Self-care is always important for living a healthy and fulfilling life, and in times like these, it's even more necessary to maintain our mental health so we can show up for ourselves and others.
Sometimes the simplest task of refreshing our surroundings can be an act of self care. An underrated andverysimple way to do that? Changing the backgrounds on your computer + cellphone!
We already spend so much time on our devices, so we thought it would be nice to sprinkle some positivity into that daily routine. We created desktop backgrounds with some of our fave quotes at the moment that make us happy whenever we read them.
