Crowdfunding FAQs
Can I buy regular items with pre-sale?
Yes, it is possible however typically the orders will hold to ship together. So, if you want the item shipped ahead, email contact@encircled.ca and we'll figure it out!
Can I still order the pre-sale styles after the crowdfunding closes?
No. The pre-sale styles will be closed for ordering after the end of crowdfunding period so shop early! We will have a limited amount of extra inventory in the styles that get produced but to get your preferred size, style and colour order during the crowdfunding.
How is a pre-sale different from pre-orders?
Pre-sale items only get produced if they hit their crowdfunding goal within the first 7 days of launch. Otherwise, the orders are cancelled and refunded to your choice of card on file, or store credit.
Pre-sale items generally have a longer ship timeline as production only starts once the pre-sale period closes.
When will my pre-sale ship?
We estimate 4-5 weeks for production plus shipping time. We'll keep you updated via email on the production timelines and let you know first if there are any changes.
Can I return or exchange my pre-sale order?
Yes! Once received, the pre-sale can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Unfortunately, once pre-sales are ordered they cannot be cancelled.
Can I modify my pre-sale order after placing it?
In some circumstances, we may be able to modify your order, but only if there is stock available.
