Fall Pre-Sale FAQs
How is a pre-sale different from pre-orders?
Pre-sales differ from pre-orders in that their production is NOT confirmed. If we do not hit our minimum goal for pre-sales, we regrettably will not be able to make the product.
Why crowdfund your fall collection?
The last few years have been incredibly challenging for small, sustainable slow fashion brands like us. In order to survive the economic waves and retain our local, fair wage production, we must change the way we work, and shift to a made-to-order model. For customers, you get a limited-edition style at an amazing price and a chance to be a part of the community choosing what gets produced for fall.
What if I buy a pre-sale style with a regular style?
We encourage you to not order pre-sale items with regular merchandise as the order will wait to ship until the pre-sale item is ready.
When will my pre-sale order ship?
If funded, your pre-sale order will ship approximately 4-5 weeks from the order date. We'll send updates on the production status so that you can follow along the journey of the garment being made. In order to receive these updates, please ensure you are subscribed to our email newsletter, otherwise we cannot send them. Sign-up here.
Can I return my Pre-Sale Order?
Yes, once received you may return your pre-sale order within 30 days of receipt. We may have extra stock available for exchange but cannot guarantee this due to the small batch production model.
Can I modify my pre-sale order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders after being placed
What happens if a style I bought doesn't hit it's pre-sale goal?
If a style does not hit it's presale goal, we will not produce it. Therefore, your order will be cancelled within 7-10 days of the pre-sale and you will be notified via email.
Can I apply a discount code on top of the pre-sale price?
No. The styles are already heavily discounted and no additional promo codes can be applied. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with promo codes, unless it's a store credit or gift card.
Can I still order the styles after the pre-sale?
No. After the pre-sale ends, you won't be able to order any of the garments, but can add your name to the waitlist. When we receive the stock in October, if there is additional quantities they will be added to the online store and you'll be notified if there's the ability to purchase. Note: the pre-sale bonus is only available during the pre-sale. All sales thereafter are at regular price.

If you purchase 2+ pairs of pants from this collection you get an extra 5% OFF. This discount will be automatically applied at cart.
