Items must be unworn, unwashed, in returnable condition, and have original tags attached. Return requests must be started within 30 days of receiving your order.

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $250 to the US and Canada.

Because of increased order volume during the Semi-Annual Sale, fulfillment may take a little longer than usual.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship throughout Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Customers outside Canada and the U.S. may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.

The Semi-Annual Sale pricing applies to eligible purchases made during the active sale period.

Previous purchases are not automatically eligible for sale pricing adjustments.

We will do our best to help, but order edits are not always possible once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

If your order has not entered fulfillment yet, we may be able to cancel it.

If your order has already started processing or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but we can help you with exchange or store credit options once it arrives, as long as the item is eligible.

During the Semi-Annual Sale, some items may sell out quickly.

If an item in your order becomes unavailable due to fast-moving inventory, our Customer Love team will contact you with options. This may include replacing it with a similar style, size, or colour, shipping the rest of your order and refunding the unavailable item, or issuing store credit if preferred.

We are not able to guarantee inventory holds during the Semi-Annual Sale.

Items are available while quantities last, and inventory may move quickly.
