Can I return my order?
- If the item is regular price, you may return within 30 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt, and shipped back in new, unworn condition within 7 days of receiving the ship label. Ship label fees apply.
- Items that are already marked down/sale rack/sample sale are final sale - no returns, exchange or credit.
I have a discount code. Can I add it on top?
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Sale. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have additional discount codes applied to their order.
I have a gift-card, Treet code or store-credit. Can I use it?
Absolutely! To use a gift-card or store-credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side.
If you have a treet code, you'll need to email contact@encircled.ca to have it converted into a gift card first.
What charity are you supporting with your sale?
Our Semi Annual sale partners with a charity every year to donate for every order received during the week. Our charity this year is the David Suzuki Foundation.
How do I initiate a store credit after receiving my items?
Email contact@encircled.ca with your order number, and they will start the process. Your return will be subject to a $15CAD or $9.95USD return fee label. Shipping and handling costs if applicable are non-refundable. Once the item is received at our studio, we’ll issue your store credit to the email on file with your order. Store credits never expire and are in the form of a gift card, so they can be used at any time, even during promotions.
What is the ship time for my order during the sale?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days of ordering. However, during busy periods this may take longer. Due to holidays in the US and Canada, it may take additional time to arrive.
What is your promotional policy for items just purchased that went on sale?
We will price match for any items on sale if you ordered within 48 hours before the sale was posted, however the item then becomes subject to the terms and conditions of the sale. Please email contact@encircled.ca, and we can coordinate providing store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
