Whoever said office-friendly clothes can’t be comfortable? Not us! This classic wide leg pant is made from fabric that feels like sweatpants but is dressy enough for work or a night out. Featuring functional pockets, a tailored fit, stylish front pleats and 4-way stretch, you’ll feel comfortable all-day long in this capsule wardrobe basic.

Machine washable so you can say goodbye to your dry cleaning bill.

Double knife pleats flatter and the wide waistband conforms to your body.

A high-rise fit that sits comfortably at the natural waist. 31" Inseam.

Keep your hands-free with spacious front pockets - big enough for your phone.

Made from breathable, sustainable, ultra-soft 4-way stretch MicroModal fabric.

We recommend staying with your usual size. The Comfy Wide Leg Pant is fitted through the waist and relaxed through the hips, draping straight down from the hips. When deciding on a size, fit with the hip measurement. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Inseam: approximately 31" for all sizes.
Rise: The front rise is approximately 14”-15 ½”, depending on size. The back rise is approximately 15 ½” - 17”, depending on size.

*Note: The Comfy Wide Leg has an updated fit as of April 2022. Compared to the previous fit, the updated pant has:
A longer rise to sit comfortably at the natural waist. Length of the pant is 3 ¾” longer than the previous fit.
Larger pockets.
Additional room in the waist and thigh for more comfort and ease.
Waistband adjusted to stay comfortably in place.
Two knife pleats on either side, as opposed to single box pleats.

Modal Black and Navy:

Our MicroModal is knit and dyed in Toronto. MicroModal is a naturally derived, plant-based fabric cultivated from beech-tree pulp which is sustainably sourced in Austria, and neighbouring countries. Modal is made through an environmentally-conscious process where 95% of water and materials used to make the fabric are recycled. The fabric is also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified which means it is free of harmful chemicals.

Bamboo Rib Knit, Black, Slate and Taupe:

🍃Made from a blend of Rayon from Bamboo | Spandex Rib Knit.

Our eco-friendly Rayon from Bamboo rib knit is made from Bamboo fiber grown without pesticides and fertilizers. Bamboo crops naturally replenish and produce a fabric that is breathable, silky and soft. Dyes are hypo-allergenic and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified to be free of harmful chemicals. This luxurious fabric is smooth, silky and easy to pair with just about anything!

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. No bleach. Lay flat to dry. Iron on low inside out. Do not dry clean and do not put in the dryer.

Another Favourite from Encircled!

I love my paper bag waist culottes so thought I would try the comfy wide leg pants too - glad I did, another favourite! Similar to what I have found with all other Encircled items, these pants are very comfortable but also have a flattering fit. I have a bit of a belly and when I saw there were pleats in front, I was worried they wouldn't hang right, but they do! I'm 5'5" and I did need to get them hemmed up a bit - the taller folks out there will really appreciate the extra length though!
