What is the Semi-Annual Sale offer?
Get 25% off regular-price styles from June 28 to July 2, 2026.
The sale ends on July 2 at 10:00 AM EST, while quantities last.
No code is needed. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout on eligible items.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The Semi-Annual Sale discount is automatic, so no code is required.
You should see 25% off applied on the product page and at checkout on eligible regular-price styles.
What is included in the Semi-Annual Sale?
The 25% OFF discount applies to regular-price Encircled styles.
What is excluded from the Semi-Annual Sale?
The additional 25% off does NOT apply to the Sale Rack items, Last chance/sample sale, gift cards, and kits.
Can I combine the Semi-Annual Sale discount with another code?
No as this is the sweetest deal of the year you cannot combine promo codes. The Semi-Annual Sale discount cannot be combined with other product discounts, order discounts, coupon codes, or promotions.
Only one discount can be applied per order.
Can I use a gift card or store credit?
Yes. Gift cards and store credit can still be applied at checkout during the Semi-Annual Sale.
Gift cards are not discounted as part of the sale, but they may be used as a payment method.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Semi-annual sale 25% OFF purchases are eligible for exchange/store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in returnable condition, and have original tags attached. Return requests must be started within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund to store credit so you can exchange. No refunds.
Is free shipping available during the sale?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $250 to the US and Canada.
When will my order ship?
Because of increased order volume during the Semi-Annual Sale, fulfillment may take a little longer than usual.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Customers outside Canada and the U.S. may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.
I placed an order right before the sale started. Can I get a price adjustment?
The Semi-Annual Sale pricing applies to eligible purchases made during the active sale period.
Previous purchases are not automatically eligible for sale pricing adjustments.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We will do our best to help, but order edits are not always possible once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, size, colour, or item, please contact us at contact@encircled.ca as soon as possible and we will check the order status for you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not entered fulfillment yet, we may be able to cancel it.
If your order has already started processing or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but we can help you with exchange or store credit options once it arrives, as long as the item is eligible.
What happens if an item in my order becomes unavailable?
During the Semi-Annual Sale, some items may sell out quickly.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable due to fast-moving inventory, our Customer Love team will contact you with options. This may include replacing it with a similar style, size, or colour, shipping the rest of your order and refunding the unavailable item, or issuing store credit if preferred.
Can you hold an item for me?
We are not able to guarantee inventory holds during the Semi-Annual Sale.
Items are available while quantities last, and inventory may move quickly.
