• Standard US Shipping - 4-6 business days - $9.99USD Flat Rate via USPS. Includes Tracking.
• Shipping is FREE on orders $250USD+ before taxes (if applicable)

Express shipping is available for faster deliveries. Please note that express options don't change the pick-and-pack timeline - only the shipping time.

• Express Shipping Ontario U.S.: $25 USD, 2-3 business days via USPS

• Canada: Ships from Canada. No import duties. (Sales tax will apply at checkout.)
• USA: Ships from Buffalo, NY. No import duties. (State taxes may apply.)
• International: Your country may and will likely charge duties/taxes on delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We can’t estimate these fees, but we accurately declare shipments to help customs process them quickly.

Please note that if your order contains an item that is on pre-order, your entire package will ship as per the approximate pre-order ship date indicated on the product page regardless of which shipping service is chosen at checkout. Please place your orders separately if you require non pre-order items to arrive ahead of the pre-order item.

You may be able to split an order which includes a pre-order item(s) for an additional $15, customers must email us at contact@encircled.ca to let us know.

Please note that orders that include Sample Sale items and regular items will be shipped separately in two packages and if under $250CAD will be subject to two shipping fees. 

Sample sale items are only available to ship from our Canadian studio so only available for Canadian and International (Non-US customers).

Order shipping package protection is an optional service designed to provide peace of mind for your order. By adding Order Shipping Protection, your order is covered against potential issues like loss, theft, or damage during transit. This means that if your package goes missing, is stolen, or arrives damaged, you’re eligible for an immediate replacement or refund, ensuring a seamless, stress-free shopping experience.

Yes, this is completely optional. If you do not wish to include it, simply deselect it at checkout or remove it from the cart. Without Order Shipping Protection, any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages will follow our standard shipping policies and include wait times for insurance, carrier confirmation and require substantive documentation to be processed for review.

If Order Shipping Protection was added by mistake, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to assist with removing it from your order and processing a refund for the fee.

If you encounter an issue with your order, such as loss, theft, or damage, and you have Order Shipping Protection, you’re covered! Visit the claims portal and enter your email and order number to start your claim.

Order Shipping Protection is a non-refundable service, even if you choose to return or exchange your order. This is because it covers your order during the shipping process, which is completed at the time of delivery.

If you’ve received only part of your order and have Order Shipping Protection, you can file a claim. Gather documentation which includes; photos of items received and the package and submit the claim. We’ll work to ensure you receive any missing items as quickly as possible.

For packages covered by Order Shipping Protection, claims should be filed within 7 days from the date of delivery or expected delivery. This helps us resolve issues promptly.

If Order Shipping Protection is added but an incorrect address was entered, the protection may not apply. Please double-check your shipping information before completing the purchase to ensure accurate delivery. Contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order.

Yes, Order Shipping Protection applies to both domestic and international orders. However, please note that international claims may require additional processing time.

Package Protection does not cover delays in transit, as these are often due to carrier issues. However, if your package is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged, Order Shipping Protection will apply.

Order Shipping Protection is only applicable to the specific order for which it was purchased. It cannot be transferred to another order or future purchases.

In order to make the return process as easy as possible, we offer flat rate return labels at a minimal cost.

• For orders in Canada, you can purchase a pre-paid Canada Post return label from us for $15. The cost will be deducted from the refund when processed.
• For orders in the US, you'll have the option to purchase a prepaid printable flat rate UPS return label from us for $9.95 USD. The cost will be deducted from the refund when processed.

Returns outside the US/Canada

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping returns/exchanges back to us. We offer a store credit for the amount you will pay to ship the return back to us up to $20 USD. This credit can be applied against a future order within 1 year of the return date. Ship credits are a maximum of $100 for a one year period.

Outbound Shipping Costs

Please note outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

We want you to love how your Encircled pieces fit. If your size or colour isn’t quite right, exchanges are free in Canada + the U.S. when you choose store credit—so you can find your perfect fit with confidence.

This means you get both a free return label and free outbound shipping when you opt for store credit.

International customers receive a $15 USD shipping credit toward an exchange. See more on exchanges below for details or contact us.

If you purchased a (2-pack or or kit) and would like to return a piece, the discount will no longer apply to the order and that would be reflected in the amount refunded.

Yes, all garments are subject to inspection. We carefully inspect all items, so please practice good karma and be careful when trying on items. If the item(s) is not in its original condition you will be responsible for loss in value, and not eligible for a refund. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost, or donated upon request.

You can ship back the package using the shipping provider of your choice, however, you will be responsible for all costs and duties, with no reimbursement of any kind from Encircled. Any duties or fees incurred by Encircled will be withheld from the refund.

Note: We no longer offer a store credit for ship back postage due to our new flat rate prepaid Canada Post/USPS labels. Any postage credit already on file will be valid until their expiry date.

Please mail the package within 7 days of receipt of instructions to be eligible for a full refund. Any returns sent beyond 7 days will be processed as store credit only.

Our pre-paid labels from Canada Post have tracking and insurance, so you'll be able to track your return online at www.canadapost.ca

Our pre-paid labels from UPS have tracking and insurance, so you'll be able to track your return online at www.ups.com. US Returns go directly to our US warehouse in Buffalo, NY.

• We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receipt at Encircled's Warehouse sin Toronto, Canada and Buffalo, NY, however during busy periods this may take longer.
• Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

If you choose return for full refund

• We'll refund your item or order to your original payment method, excluding any outbound ship fees (which are non-refundable)
• The pre-paid return label fee will be deducted from your refund
• Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s payment method on file with us. 

If you choose return for store credit

• We'll refund your item/order to store credit, excluding any outbound ship fees (which are non-refundable)
• The pre-paid return label fee will be waived as you selected store credit
• Our team will email you to let you know the credit is available, how to refund and to issue you a one-time use free shipping code
• Refunds will be made to shopify store credit not via gift card.
• Once you select refund for store credit, this cannot be changed.

As we're a small batch fashion company, cycling our inventory is crucial. We cannot accept returns outside of the 30-day window of receipt of your order.

We do not accept returns outside of our Return Policy, however, in special circumstances when an exception to a return outside of the policy is made, a $20 restocking fee + $15 shipping label will be deducted per return.

For customers outside of the US and Canada, we’ll provide a shipping credit equal to $15 USD to use against your exchange, if you place your exchange order within 7 days.
